We design and manufacture condensing units to integrate two independent systems on a shared frame.
ICESQUARE / APPLICATIONS
Refrigeration for vaccines and other pharmaceutical products. We design for control targets such as 4 °C ± 1 °C, with two independent duty and standby units on a shared frame.

The controller measures temperature and adjusts compressor speed to match cooling capacity to the actual load. When demand drops, the compressor can slow within its operating limits. This reduces starts and stops and helps limit temperature swings. The shared frame houses two units with independent refrigeration circuits and control panels. The standby unit can take over if the duty unit is offline for maintenance or a fault.
The duty unit modulates cooling capacity as the room load changes, for example after a door opening.
The second unit has its own circuit and controls to serve the specified standby load.
Temperature logging, alarms and the changeover sequence are coordinated with site requirements.
This design target corresponds to a 3 to 5 °C band. It is confirmed against the product manufacturer’s storage requirements. Performance is verified by measuring temperatures at several points in the room during operation, door openings and changeover to standby.

Define which load needs cooling when one unit is offline, how long it can wait for changeover and which alarms the operation requires.
