01 / OUR SOLUTIONS
Six equipment families: condensing units, compressor racks, semi-industrial systems, air handling units, chillers and heat pumps. Engineering for every application.

IS ONE
Compact equipment for commercial refrigeration. We configure each unit around your project temperature, load and operating conditions.

IS RACK
Parallel compressor systems for commercial and industrial refrigeration. We manufacture racks using conventional refrigerants, with configurations defined for each application.

IS BLOCK
Equipment for heavy commercial and semi-industrial applications, integrating compressors and controls to meet project needs.

IS UMA
We design and manufacture air handling units for industrial, commercial and institutional applications. Each solution is defined by air and process requirements.

IS CHILLER
Cooling for industrial processes and chilled water systems. This family includes R290 chillers and solutions configured for each project operating conditions.

HEAT PUMP
Hot water is part of every guest experience. We manufacture CO₂ heat pumps for hospitality projects, considering demand and operating conditions.

TWO APPLICATIONS. TWO CONFIGURATIONS.
Equipment designed for different needs. One configuration for supermarkets and another for industrial processes.

COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION
A waterloop configuration for supermarket refrigeration needs. We integrate the equipment around store services and operating conditions.

INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES
A waterloop configuration for industrial applications. The process, loads and circuit conditions define the integration of each solution.
TECHNOLOGIES AND CONFIGURATIONS
Alongside conventional systems, we develop natural refrigerant configurations for a range of applications.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO AIR CONDITIONING
We use CO₂ in air handling units to cool and reheat air through evaporation and gas cooler functions. We control humidity and temperature without electric resistance reheating.

02 / OUR COMMITMENT
We drive the transition to natural refrigerants while considering the needs of every application. Our manufacturing includes conventional systems and solutions using CO₂, R290 and ammonia/CO₂.

03 / BUILT IN MEXICO
See our refrigeration equipment take shape at IceSquare’s plant in Tepotzotlán.
01 / Chassis preparation
The frame supports the refrigeration assembly, heat exchangers and piping laid out for each configuration.
Quality check
We inspect the finish on the frame and panels. The layout leaves room to open doors, inspect connections and remove service components.
02 / Refrigeration assembly
We mount compressors and vessels and connect the refrigerant piping.
Quality check
We check piping and supports. We use 30% silver filler for joints that specify it and inspect the joints before leak testing.
03 / Electrical panels and controls
We integrate electrical protection, controls and variable-speed drives into the panel according to the equipment design.
Quality check
We use panel designs approved to project specifications. We check wiring against the electrical drawings and verify protections, signals and alarms as specified for the equipment.
04 / Factory integration
Once the unit is assembled, we check connections and access to components before delivery.
Quality check
We verify circuit tightness. We run factory functional tests on chillers and heat pumps and record flow, temperatures and control response according to the equipment test plan.
FROM OUR FACTORY
After bending, we check the dimensions and fit before installing the part.
FROM OUR FACTORY
On the shop floor, we use Gasflux vapor flux to help wet the joint. A dry nitrogen purge serves a separate purpose: limiting oxide buildup inside the tubing.
